肾清康胶囊联合西药治疗慢性肾功能不全(脾肾亏虚)随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察肾清康胶囊联合西药治疗慢性肾功能不全(脾肾亏虚)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按病志号抽签随机分两组。对照组50例炭片,1.5g/次,3次/d;尿毒清颗粒,10g/次,3次/d;大黄碳酸氢钠,1.2/次,3次/d;对症治疗。治疗组50例肾清康胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗2个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、谷丙转氨酶、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效30例,有效14例,无效6例,总有效率88.00%;对照组显效18例,有效10例,无效22例,总有效率56.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。24h尿蛋白、血肌酐、谷丙转氨酶两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]肾清康胶囊联合西药治疗慢性肾功能不全(脾肾亏虚),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the effect of renqingkang capsule combined with western medicine on chronic renal insufficiency（spleen and kidney deficiency）. [Method] A randomized parallel control method was used to randomly divide 100 inpatients into two groups according to the number of disease. In control group, 50 patients were given medicinal charcoal tablets, 1.5 g/times, 3 times/d; Urine poison clear particles, 10 g/times, 3/d; Rhubarb sodium bicarbonate, 1.2 times, 3/d and other symptomatic support drugs. In the treatment group, 50 cases of kidney Qingkang capsule, 3 tablets each time, 3 times daily, oral; western medicine treatment with control group. Two months of continuous treatment is one course of treatment. To observe clinical symptoms, 24 h urinary protein quantification, blood ereatinine, glutamic aminotransferase, adverse reactions. Treatment 1 course, determine the effect. [Results] The treatment group showed 30 cases, 14 cases were effective, 6 cases were invalid, and the total effective rate was 88.00%; the control group showed 18 cases, valid 10 cases, invalid 22 cases, total effective rate 56.00 %; the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. The improved treatment group of 24 h urinary protein, creatinine and alanine aminotransferase was better than control group（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Renqingkang capsule combined with western medicine for the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency（spleen and kidney deficiency）, satisfactory efficacy, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
