金刚藤咀嚼片联合甲硝唑呋喃唑酮栓阴道置入治疗慢性妇科炎症随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察金刚藤咀嚼片联合甲硝唑呋喃唑酮栓阴道置入治疗慢性妇科炎症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将92例门诊患者按就诊顺序号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组46例甲硝唑呋喃唑酮栓,温水清洗外阴,药栓置入阴道后穹隆,月经后用药,1粒/次,隔日1次。治疗组46例金刚藤咀嚼片,4粒/次,3次/d,咀嚼;甲硝唑呋喃唑酮栓治疗同对照组。连续治疗5d为1疗程。观测临床症状、疼痛积分、白带积分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程(10d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈23例,显效17例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率95.65%;对照组痊愈10例,显效9例,有效18例,无效9例,总有效率80.43%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。疼痛积分、白带积分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]金刚藤咀嚼片联合甲硝唑呋喃唑酮栓阴道置入治疗慢性妇科炎症,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Jingang Teng combined with metronidazole and furazolidone in the treatment of chronic gynecological inflammation. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 92 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order number method. In the control group, 46 cases of metronidazolidone were used in warm water to clean the vulva, and a disposable glove was used to place the drug in the posterior vault of the vagina, after menstruation, 1 grains per time, and 1 times a day. In the treatment group, 46 cases of Jingang Teng, 4 grains/times, 3 times/d, mastication, metronidazole and furazolidone treatment were compared with the control group. The continuous treatment of 5d was 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, pain score, leucorrhea score, adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment （10d） were used to determine the curative effect. [Results] the treatment group recovered 23 cases, effective 17 cases, effective 4 cases, invalid 2 cases, total effective rate 95.65%, the control group cured 10 cases, 9 cases, effective 18 cases, invalid 9 cases, total effective 80.43%, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Pain scores and leucorrhea scores were improved in two groups （P〈0.01）, and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Jingang Teng combined with metronidazole and furazolidone is effective in the treatment of chronic gynecological inflammation. There is no serious adverse reaction. It is worth promoting.
