摘 要:在黄土沟壑区通过挖填方形成的黄土沟谷坡地,若处理不到位在其上的建筑物很容易出现地基病害,选择合理的治理方法和时机至关重要。通过黄土沟谷坡地上26栋住宅楼地基病害勘察、设计与治理的实践,总结了发生地基病害的原因。针对场地地层岩性及地下水变化情况,对导坑式人工挖孔桩、静压钢管桩与注浆三种治理方法进行了对比研究,基于长期变形监测结果及连续暴雨考验,对不同区域及不同加固方法的加固效果进行了分析,提出了不同治理方法适用的场地条件。Ground diseases always occur in the strictures founded on slope formed by cut and fill manners if the treatment is not proper in loess gully area. The selection of a reasonable treatment method and timing is very important. The causes of ground diseases were summarized through the practice of investigation,design and remedial methods of 26 Nos of residential buildings on the slopes in the loess valley. A comparative study was carried out on three treatment methods including manual digging pile,static pressure steel pipe pile and grouting according to the change of ground stratum lithology and groundwater.Based on the long-term deformation monitoring results and continuous storm,the treatment effects of different areas and different treatment methods were analyzed,the most suitable treatment methods were proposed for the different site conditions.
