金芪降糖片联合那格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨金芪降糖片联合那格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的有效性。方法选取2016年6月—2017年6月天津市泰达医院收治的2型糖尿病患者96例,随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组各48例。对照组患者餐前30 min口服那格列奈片,1片/次,3次/d;治疗组在对照组的基础上餐前30 min口服金芪降糖片,2片/次,3次/d;两组患者均经过2个月治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血管内皮素(ET)-1和可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(s ICAM-1)水平及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,对照组临床有效率为75.00%,显著低于治疗组的93.75%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者FBG、Hb A1c、Hcy、ET-1和s ICAM-1水平均较治疗前显著降低,同组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后治疗组上述指标水平明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,对照组患者不良反应发生率为18.75%,显著高于治疗组的4.17%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金芪降糖片联合那格列奈治疗2型糖尿病能够有效改善患者血糖水平,对控制糖尿病的发展发挥了重要作用。Objective To explore the efficacy of Jinqi Jiangtang Tablets combined with nateglinide in treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods Patients（96 cases） with type 2 diabetes in Tianjin TEDA Hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 48 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Nateglinide Tablets 30 min before meal, 1 tablet/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jinqi Jiangtang Tablets on the basis of the control group, 2 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the FBG, Hb A1 c, Hcy, ET-1, and s ICAM-1 levels, and the adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 75.00%, which was significantly lower than 93.75% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups（P〈 0.05）. After treatment, the FBG, Hb A1 c, Hcy, ET-1, and s ICAM-1 levels in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group（P〈 0.05）. And these indicators levels in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups（P〈 0.05）. During the treatment, the adverse reactions rate in the control group was 18.75%, which was significantly higher than 4.17% in the treatment group, with significant difference between two groups（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Jinqi Jiangtang Tablets combined with nateglinide in treatment of type 2 diabetes can effectively improve the blood glucose level and play an important role in controlling the diabetes development.
