2015—2017年中国人民解放军第153中心医院麻醉药品的使用情况及合理性分析

摘　　要：目的评价中国人民解放军第153中心医院麻醉药品的应用现状及趋势,为临床合理应用和管理提供参考。方法对2015—2017年中国人民解放军第153中心医院麻醉药品的用量、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC))和排序比(B/A)等进行统计分析,同时抽取360张处方进行处方分析。结果麻醉药品的总销售金额有所增加,在药品中的占比基本稳定不变;注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼和枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液的销售金额一直稳居前两位。麻醉药品的用量大多呈增长趋势,DDDs排序相对稳定。麻醉药品的DDC比较稳定,各品种的DDC相差较大,枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液的DDC居第1位。枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液、注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼的B/A一直稳定在1.00。不合理处方共计37张,占处方总数的10.28%。结论中国人民解放军第153中心医院麻醉药品的使用和管理基本符合相关标准和规范,但仍需不断步加强管理,特别是药师要积极干预,使临床用药更安全,提高合理用药水平。Objective To evaluate the present application situation and trend of narcotic drugs in Chinese PLA 153 th Center Hospital, provide a reference for clinical reasonable application and management. Methods The amount, consumption sum, frequency of drug use（DDDs）, and defined daily cost（DDC） of narcotic drugs and drug sequence ratio（B/A） in Chinese PLA 153 th Center Hospital from 2015 to 2017 were calculated and analyzed. At the same time, 360 prescriptions were extracted for prescription evaluation. Results The total sales amount of narcotic drugs were increased, and the proportion of drugs was stable. Consumption sum of Remifentanil Hydrochloride for injection and Sufentanil Citrate Injection were ranked the top two. The amount of most narcotic drugs had the trend of increasing, and DDDs sort was stable. DDC of narcotic drugs was stable, and DDC of different breed was different. DDC of Sufentanil Citrate Injection ranked the first. B/A of Sufentanil Citrate Injection and Remifentanil Hydrochloride for injection were 1.00. There were 37 pieces of unreasonable prescription, accounting for 10.28%. Conclusion The use and management of narcotic drugs in Chinese PLA 153 th Center Hospital basically conform to the relevant standards and norms, but there is still a need to continue to strengthen management, especially pharmacists should actively intervene to make clinical medication safer and improve the level of rational drug use.
