摘 要:由于覆冰导致风机叶片可靠性降低、载荷变大和风机寿命变短等一系列问题,首先利用ANSYS workbench对零转速和额定转速下覆冰叶片进行模态分析,得到覆冰叶片在零转速和额定转速下前12阶振型和频率的变化情况。再通过覆冰试验与仿真结果进行对比验证,研究结果表明覆冰叶片在距叶尖2/3处是易失效部位。对于易失效部位进行六西格玛优化,避免传统优化方法对不确定性因素的舍弃,使得优化更加全面且可以持续不断的循环优化。In view of the problems of reliability reduction, load increase and life shortening of the blades of wind turbine due to ice coating, the modal analyses of ice-coated blades at zero speed and rated speed are firstly carried out with ANSYS workbench respectively, and the changes of first 12 orders mode and frequency of the blade under zero speed and rated speed are obtained respectively. The results of the ice coating test and the simulation results are compared. The results show that the icing blade is easy to fail at two-thirds of the tip of the blade. The Six Sigma analysis is used to optimize the failure area for avoiding the abandonment of traditional optimization method on uncertain factors, which can make the optimization more comprehensive and achieve a continuous cycle optimization.
