摘 要:随着新能源的发展,大规模风电并网给系统的可靠运行带来挑战,立足于实际情况,提出了一种基于风电容量可信度的电力电量平衡协调模式。该模式以全局整体运行成本最小为目标,基于历史数据,将风电预测出力等效为可信出力参与电力电量平衡计算。建立了基于风电容量可信度的电力电量平衡优化模型,为了提高系统运行的可调节性,控制联络线功率传输,以调节常规机组出力并协调各省之间的关系。以华中电网实际数据为基础进行了算例分析,结果表明了所提方法的可行性,有效地对区域内资源进行优化配置,为新能源参与中长期电力电量平衡提供了技术指导。With the development of new energy, large-scale wind power griding brings challenges to the reliable operation of the system. Based on the actual situation,an electric power and energy balance mode is proposed based on wind power capacity credit. This mode aims at minimizing the overall global operating cost. Based on historical data, equating wind power forecasting power with credible power participation in electric power and energy balance calculation. In this mode, a model of electric power and energy balance optimization is set up based on wind power capacity credit. In order to improve the adjustability of the system operation, the transmission power of tie line is controlled to regulate the output of conventional units and coordinate the relations among the provinces. Taking the actual data of central China power grid as an example, the results show the feasibility of the proposed method, effectively optimize the allocation of resources in the region, and provide technical guidance for the new energy to participate in the medium and long term electric power and energy balance.
