摘  要:针对可等效为集中参数模型的输电线路,提出一种利用单相接地故障录波数据计算输电线路参数的方法。线路发生单相接地故障时,利用Karrenbauer变换得到线路两端电压和电流的模分量。利用线路非故障相间线模π型等值电路建立微分方程,求解得线路正序参数;基于故障位置已知,利用线路零模R-L等值电路建立微分方程,求解得线路零序参数。微分方程的求解采用最小二乘算法。分析了电压、电流测量误差对输电线路参数计算结果的影响。EMTP仿真结果表明,在采用电子式互感器的情况下,所提出的线路参数计算方法具有较高的精度。A method of transmission line parameters calculation using fault recording data is proposed for transmission line that can be modeled by lumped parameter model. When single-phase grounding fault occurs on the transmission line, the modulus of voltage and current can be obtained by using Karrenbauer transformation. Based on π type equivalent circuit of non-fault inter phase aerial model,the differential equations are established in order to obtain positive sequence parameters of transmission line. Based on the known fault location, the differential equations are established in order to obtain zero sequence parameters of transmission line, using zero-mode RL type equivalent circuit. The solution of differential equations are realized by the least square method. The influence of voltage and current measurement error on the calculation results of the transmission line parameters is analyzed. The EMTP simulation results show that the proposed parameter calculation method of the transmission line has higher accuracy when the electronic instrument transformer is used.
