摘 要:针对进水含难降解污染物、高色度造纸中段水的污水处理厂,可通过投加H2O_2与含Fe2+酸洗废液在预曝气池中进行类芬顿反应,再通过混凝沉淀预处理与后续的二级生化处理及三级深度处理使出水稳定达标排放。经实验室烧杯试验确定H2O_2与含Fe2+酸洗废液的投加量分别为50,500 mg/L。以此投加量进行1个月的工程应用,最终出水COD与色度可稳定达到45 mg/L与30倍以下,达GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A排放标准,平均去除率分别达到89.54%与86.54%。进水碱度平均值为627.55 mg/L,最终出水碱度平均值降至116.81 mg/L,对生物硝化反应的顺利进行不会产生影响。For sewage treatment plants which contains papermaking grey water with refractory pollutants and high chroma, by the pretreatment which consists of Fenton-like reaction and coagulating sedimentation in the pre-aeration tank by adding H^O~ and Fe2+ in pickling wastewater, and the secondary biochemical treatment and the tertiary depth treatment, the effluent could meet the discharge standards. The laboratory batch experiment determined that the dosage of H202 and pickling wastewater containing Fe2+ were 50, 500 rag/L, respectively. Based on this, for one month of engineering practice, the results showed that the final effluent COD and chroma could be stabilized up to 45 mg/L and less than 30 times which met the level of A of "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment" (GB 18918--2002) , and the average removal rates were 89.54% and 86.54%, respectively. The average influent alkalinity was 627.55 mg/L, and the average effluent alkalinity dropped to 116.81 mg/L, which didn't affect the progress of nitrification.
