摘  要:采用电混凝-微滤组合工艺处理城市污水厂二级出水,考察组合工艺的处理效果及电混凝作为微滤进水的预处理对微滤膜污染的改善情况。结果表明:组合工艺出水浊度为0.07~0.19 NTU;ρ(BOD5)、ρ(NH_3-N)、ρ(TP)分别为2.5~4.9,3.3~4.5,0.14~0.44 mg/L,可满足GB/T 18921—2002《城市污水再生利用-景观环境用水标准》和GB/T19923—2005《工业用水标准》。另外,电混凝预处理能够减轻微滤膜的膜污染,改善微滤膜的膜通量,提高膜的产水率,可以作为膜前预处理工艺。The treatment of municipal wastewater secondary effluent by electro coagulation-microfiltration process was investigated to obtain the efficiency of this process and performance of electro coagulation as a pretreatment for membrane fouling control. The resuhs showed that turbidity in effluent was 0.07-0.19 NTU, and p( BOD5 ) , p( NH3-N) and p(TP) in effluent were 2.5 -4.9,3.3-4.5, 0.14-0.44 mg/L respectively, which met " Urban Recycling-Landscape and Environmental Water Standards" ( GB/T 18921--2002) and "Industrial Water Standard" ( GB/T 19923--2005 ). Moreover, electro coagulation pretreatment could reduce membrane fouling in microfiltration in order to improve membrane flux and water production, and could be used as a pretreatment of microfiltration for municipal wastewater treatment.
