摘  要:油漆废渣(WPS)属于危险固体废物,目前主要以填埋和高温焚烧为主。从WPS的主要成分及特性角度,综述了国内外WPS脱水及多元化应用的研究进展,对其收集、储存及处理措施提出建议。由于WPS具有特殊的物理状态,高效脱水必须借助于专用设备。采用生化处理具有节能、环保优势,是WPS无害化处理与资源化利用的重要方向。WPS再生后可用于防腐涂料、橡胶、混凝土、建材等,对其应用条件与性能有待进一步研究。Waste paint sludge(WPS),one of the dangerous solid wastes, is mainly disposed by landfill or high-temperature incineration now. The investigative development on WPS dewatering and diverse applications were reviewed from the analysis of major compositions and characteristics. Meanwhile, proposals were put forward in collection, storing and treatment of WPS. Research showed that because of its special physical state, the collection and dewatering of WPS need special equipments. After resourcing utilization, WPS could be used in anticorrosive coating, rubbers, concretes and construction materials. However, the service conditions and performance in different applications need further studies. Furthermore, because of distinct features of energy saving and environmental protection, biochemical treatment is also an important aspect to realize innocent treatment and resource utilization.
