摘　　要：盲人的阅读困难有两个层面的原因,即个人层面的原因和社会层面的原因。具体是指个人的生理性原因、个人的心理性原因、社会发展变化的原因和自然环境影响的原因。克服盲人群体的阅读困难,需要采取有效的保障措施。本论文认为可以从五个方面着手,解决盲人的阅读困难问题:大力开发盲人阅读资源,建立完整的盲人图书馆体系,构建与推广面向盲人的无障碍网络平台,举办独特的盲人阅读活动,激发盲人的阅读能动性。The reading difficulty of the blind can be attributed to personal physiological and psychological reasons, as well as changes brought by social development and natural environment. It is necessary to take effective safeguard measures to help them overcome the reading disorder. This research shows that we can solve the problems from five aspects： vigorously develop the blinds＇ reading resources, establish a complete system of blind people＇s library, construct and popularize the barrier-free network platform for the blind, organize the unique blind reading activities and stimulate the reading initiative of the blind.
