摘　　要：目的 :比较用输尿管软镜碎石术和经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗孤立肾结石的效果。方法 :将2014年1月至2017年6月期间四川省眉山结石病医院收治的88例孤立肾结石患者平均分为A组和B组。对A组患者进行经皮肾镜碎石取石术,对B组患者进行输尿管软镜碎石术。然后比较两组患者手术的效果。结果 :A组患者手术的平均耗时短于B组患者(P<0.05),其手术中的平均出血量多于B组患者(P<0.05),其住院的平均时间长于B组患者(P<0.05),其一期结石的清除率、术后出血的发生率均高于B组患者(P<0.05),其术后感染的发生率低于B组患者(P<0.05)。结论 :用经皮肾镜碎石取石术和输尿管软镜碎石术均可有效地治疗孤立肾结石。医生应根据患者的具体情况为其选择合适的手术进行治疗。objective： to compare the efficacy of ureteroflexible lithotripsy and percutaaeous nephrolithotomy for isolated renal calculi. Methods： from January 2014 to June 2017, 88 patients with isolated kidney stones admitted to meishan stone disease hospital in sichuan province were divided into group A and group B on average. Percutaneous nephrolithotripsy was performed on group A and soft ureteroseope lithotripsy was performed on group B. The results were then compared between the two groups. Results： the average operation time of patients in group A was shorter than that in group B （P 〈 0,05）, the average blood loss during operation was more than that in group B （P 〈 0.05）, and the average hospitalization time was longer than that in group B （P 〈 0.05）,The removal rate of primary stones and the incidence of postoperative bleeding ＂sere all higher than those of group B （P 〈 0.05）, and the incidence of postoperative infection was lower than that of group B （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： percutaneous nephrolithotomy and flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy are effective in treating isolated renal calculi. Doctors should select appropriate surgery for patients according to their specific conditions.
