对老年高血压患者进行延续护理的效果研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨对老年高血压患者进行延续护理的临床效果。方法 :将2016年3月至2017年1月期间成都军区总医院收治的100例老年高血压患者作为研究对象。将这100例患者随机平均分为对照组和观察组。对两组患者均进行常规治疗及常规护理。在此基础上,对观察组患者进行延续护理。然后,比较两组患者的生活质量评分及其血压的水平。结果 :接受护理后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者的生活质量评分更高,其舒张压的水平和收缩压的水平均更低,P<0.05。结论 :对老年高血压患者进行延续护理的效果显著,可有效地控制其血压水平,提高其生活质量。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of continuing care for elderly patients with hypertension. Methods： 100 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to chengdu military region general hospital from March 2016 to January 2017 were studied. The 100 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. Routine treatment and routine nursing were performed for both groups. On this basis, patients in the observation group were given continued care. Then, quality of life scores and blood pressure levels were compared between the two groups. Results： after nursing care, compared with the control group, patients in the observation group had higher quality of life scores, and their diastolic and systo＇tic blood pressure levels were both lower, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion： continuous nursing for elderly patients with hypertension is effective in controlling their blood pressure and improving their quality of life.
