摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师在严重感染患者抗感染治疗中的作用。方法临床药师参与1例全胃切除术后复杂感染患者的抗感染治疗,针对该患者进行病原菌分析,培养结果分析,在抗菌药物的选择、剂量、疗程、不良反应、注意事项等方面提出合理建议的过程和体会。结果临床药师参与治疗实践可促进抗菌药物临床合理应用。患者在外科监护室(SICU)用药期间无相关不良反应发生,转入普通病房时感染得到控制。结论临床药师参与药物治疗能提高临床药物治疗的疗效和安全性。OBJECTIVE To investigate the roles of clinical pharmacists on infection therapy in severely infected patients. METHODS The clinical pharmacist participated in the treatment of one patient with complicated infection after total gastrectomy. Rational suggestions were made in the selection,dosage,course of treatment,adverse reactions and precautions of antimicrobial agents according to the pathogen and the culture results analysis. RESULTS The participation of clinical pharmacists is helpful to the reasonable application of antimicrobial agents. No adverse reactions occurred during the patient＇s therapy in surgical intensive care unit（ SICU）. The patient＇s infection was finally controlled. CONCLUSION The participation of clinical pharmacists is helpful to improve the efficacy and safety of clinical drug therapy.
