摘　　要：羧甲基瓜尔胶属于强抑制力、高选择性的绿色天然多糖类有机大分子抑制剂.研制出瓜尔胶选矿抑制剂环保型合成工艺,羧甲基醚化反应以水为反应介质,从瓜尔豆胚乳片开始进行合成反应,通过后续增粘、粉碎等加工手段直接得到最终产品.考察了合成过程中四个因素对产品指标的影响,归纳合成条件如下:氢氧化钠、氯乙酸与胚乳片质量比分别为0.25∶1、0.85∶1,反应温度为80～83℃,反应时间为180 min.试验结果表明,羧甲基瓜尔胶是滑石的有效抑制剂,药剂用量80 g/t原矿条件下,羧甲基取代度为0.14、分子量为164万的瓜尔胶表现出的选择性抑制作用最明显.Carboxymethyl guar gum is a green natural polysaccharide depressant with strong depression and high selectivity. Guar endosperm splits are modified in the water media and directly ground into finished product. The influence of the factors on depression and selectivity has been studied. The optimum synthetic parameters are as follows： the mass ratios of sodium hydroxide and endosperm splits,chloroacetic acid and endosperm splits are0. 25∶ 1,0. 85∶ 1 respectively,reaction temperature is 80 ～ 83℃,reaction time is 180 min. The flotation experimental results show that carboxymethyl guar gum is an effective depressant of talc at a dosage rate of 80 g/t ore,and the best depression effect will be obtained at DS of h 0. 14 and a molecular weight of 1 640 000.
