摘 要:建立了体液液微萃取(LLME)–分光光度法测定烟碱含量的方法.在酸性条件下,烟碱与氯醌酸络合发生荷移反应并生成有色络合物,以聚乙烯醇作为光增敏剂,疏水性离子液体1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([C8MIM][PF6])作为萃取剂,涡旋混合后结合分光光度法对烟碱进行测定.研究了酸度、离子强度、萃取剂种类、萃取剂用量、萃取时间等条件对测定的影响.实验结果表明:在最优条件下,方法的线性范围为0.5~80.0μg/m L(R2=0.999 6),检出限为0.3μg/m L,加标回收率为92.5%~103.0%,相对标准偏差为1.4%~2.9%.本方法简单快速,灵敏度高,可广泛应用于电子烟烟液中烟碱的测定.Liquid-liquid micro-extraction(LLME)-spectrophotometry method was developed for the determination of nicotine in e-cigarettes liquids. In acidic conditions,nicotine reacts with chloroquinonic acid to undergo charge transfer reaction and produce colored complexes. Polyvinyl alcohol was used as light sensitizer,and hydrophobic ionic liquid 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluoride phosphate([C8 MIM][PF6]) was used as extraction solvent,then the mixed organic phase containing ionic liquid and colored complexes was determined by spectrophotometry. Extraction conditions such as the sample pH,ionic strength,categories and amount of extraction solvents and extraction time were studied and optimized. The experimental results showed that under the optimal experimental conditions,a good linearity for the analysis of nicotine in the concentration range of 0. 5 ~ 80. 0μg/m L(R^2= 0. 999 6) was obtained,the limit of detection(LOD) was 0. 3 μg/m L,and the recoveries were92. 5% ~ 103. 0% with the relative standard deviations of 1. 4% ~ 2. 9%. The proposed method is simple,rapid and sensitive,and can be widely applied to the determination of nicotine in e-cigarettes liquids.
