中药穴位贴敷结合耳穴压豆对功能性便秘患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：为观察中药穴位贴敷结合耳穴压豆对功能性便秘患者改善情况以及其对患者生活质量的影响,将功能性便秘患者100例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用中药穴位贴敷结合耳穴压豆治疗,对照组采用口服中成药麻仁丸治疗,1个月为1疗程,2组患者均治疗1个疗程后观察患者首次排便时间、排便情况、疗效及生活质量。结果显示,治疗组首次排便时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组在改善患者便秘情况、改善患者生活质量以及治疗功能性便秘总有效率方面均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结果表明,中药穴位贴敷结合耳穴压.豆治疗功能性便秘疗效显著。This study was to observe the influence of TCM application on the points combined with ear pressure therapy on functional constipation（FC） patient＇s quality of life, as well as their symptoms improvement status,randomly divided 100 cases of FC into treatment group（ n =50,received above combined therapy） and control group（ n = 50, received oral Maziren Wan,i.e Hemp Seed Pill）, after 1 month of treatment （i.e one medical course）, observated both groups＇ following indexes such as the time for firsttime defecation, bowel movement situation, effect and quality life. As results, in treatment group the time for first-time defecation,and the improvement of constipation,the improvement of patienfs quality of life, as well as total effective rate of FC,were significantly shorter than.and superior to those in control group （ P〈0.05 ,or P 〈0.01）.Resuhs show that topical TCM application on the points combined with ear-pressure therapy for FC has significant effect.
