粘连性肠梗阻患儿围手术期护理效果分析

摘　　要：为探讨粘连性肠梗阻患儿围手术期护理效果,将粘连性肠梗阻患儿128例随机分为观察组与对照组,每组64例。对照组予以基础护理,观察组予以围术期护理,比较2组护理效果。结果显示,观察组的临床疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组下床活动时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属对服务态度、护理内容、护理效果评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,围手术期护理可有效提高粘连性肠梗阻患儿的手术效果,改善患儿的胃肠功能,缩短住院时间,促进患儿身体康复,家属满意度高,值得在临床上推广使用。To investigate the efficacy of perioperative nursing on infantile adhesive intestinal obstruction （AIO）, 128 cases of infantile AIO were randomly into observation group（ n = 64, with perioperative nursing） and control one（ n =64,basic nursing）, both groups＇ efficacy was compared each other. As results,in observation group the clinical effect; the time of ambulation, of gastro-intestinal function recovered, of hos- pitalization;and the score on quality of service, on service issures, on nursing efficacy were respectively higher, shorter and higher than in control group（all, P〈0.05）.Results show that perioperative nursing can effectively enhance surgical efficacy of AIO,improve child-patients＇ gastro-intestinal function, shorten hospital stay, promote body rehabilitation, with high satisfactory degree of family members. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
