摘  要:介绍了喷气燃料油中的天然润滑物质及其作用机理、喷气燃料润滑性影响因素、抗磨剂及非加氢脱硫工艺研究进展,并对比了氧化脱硫、吸附脱硫、离子液体脱硫及电化学脱硫等4种非加氢脱硫工艺特点。针对加氢法生产的超低硫喷气燃料润滑性不合格问题,提出加氢后添加抗磨剂和非加氢选择性脱硫两种改善措施。指出喷气燃料中具有润滑作用的物质为多环芳烃、含氮及含氧化合物,建议开展对混合型多功能添加剂的开发。最后建议将氧化脱硫工艺与成熟加氢技术相结合生产超低硫喷气燃料,既可以降低加氢反应氢耗,又一定程度上保留了燃料油中天然润滑物质,是未来超低硫喷气燃料生产的可行之路。The natural lubricating materials in fuel oil and its working mechanisms,the impact factor,the lubricating property of jet fuel,erosion-resistant agent and research and development of non-hydrogenation processes are introduced. The characteristics of 4 non-hydrogenation desulfurization processes such as oxidation desulfurization process,absorption desulfurization process,ion liquid desulfurization process and electrochemical desulfurization process are compared. Two improvement measures are proposed to solve the off-specification problem of lubrication of low-sulfur jet fuels produced by hydrotreating process,which refer to the addition of the anti-wear agent and the application of non-hydrogenation selective desulfurization. It is pointed out that most of lubricating materials in jet fuel are multi-ring aromatics,nitrides and oxides. It is recommended to develop mixed-type multi-function additives. It is finally suggested to integrate oxidation desulfurization process with proven hydro-desulfurization process to produce ultra-low sulfur jet fuel. This will reduce the hydrogen consumption in hydrogenation process and keep the natural lubricating materials in the fuel oil in certain degree. It is a feasible process to produce ultra-low sulfur fuel.
