摘　　要：《哲盟实剂》是由王士仁根据自己在哲里木盟(即哲盟)的亲身经历而写成的关于哲盟的政治、经济、实业、教育等方面的著作。书中既有对哲盟各方面实情的陈述,又有对经营哲盟发起的议论。作者写作此书的目的是振兴哲盟,进而振兴蒙古和中国。由于此书成于清末民初,上接清末新政,下启民初对蒙古的治理,具有承上启下的地位。尽管此书在出版之后未受到重视,但书中作者的思想与主张具有近代化特色,体现了时代的要求,具有进步意义。The Economic Medicament of Jirem League,is a work which had been written by ShinJen Wang about the politics,economy,industy,education and other aspects,according to author＇s own experiences.In this book,the main lines are the facts as well as the discussions on engaging in Jirem League.The author＇s purpose of writing this book is making Jirem League powerful and strong,and then making Mongolia and China powerful and strong.Since this book that forms a link between the preceding and the following position compolied in the Late Qing Dynasty and Early Republic of China,on the one hand it continues the new deal of the Late Qing Dynasty,on the other it makes the Mongolia management enter a new stage in Early Republic of China.Although this book has been paid attention after it was published,author＇s ideas and opinions which is modernized and progressive,refect the requirements of age.
