摘　　要：在整个电力系统运行中,继电保护二次回路起着保护电路运行的重要作用,是继电保护可靠性稳定的技术保证。但是,在电力运行中二次回路有时会存在一定问题,导致电网运行故障。要在正常使用的情况下对二次回路进行检查维修,发现二次回路中存在的缺陷和安全隐患,并在第一时间采取有效措施进行防范,保证继电保护能够发挥作用,提高电网运行的安全稳定性。文章重点对变电站继电保护二次回路设计存在的问题及解决措施进行分析研究。In the operation of the whole power system, the relay protection secondary circuit plays an important role in protecting the circuit. It is the technical guarantee for the reliability and stability of relay protection, which plays an indispensable role. But in the secondary circuit in the operation of the power there is sometimes a problem, resulting in failure of power grid operation, should be in normal use under the condition of inspection on the secondary loop maintenance, found hidden dangers for safety and the defects existing in the secondary loop should be the first time after taking effective measures to protect against it, and ensure the normal order of the relay protection can play a role, improve the security of the power grid operation stability. In this paper, the problems and solutions of secondary circuit design of substation relay protection are analyzed and studied.
