摘　　要：研究高智发明的新运营模式及特点,探究其在我国运营的调整方式,并分析其运营模式发生变化的原因,以期对我国专利运营模式的建设有所启示,并提出相关建议。This paper studies the new operation mode and characteristics of IV,exploring the ways of its operation in China,and analyzing the reasons for the change of its operation mode in order to attain enlightenment for the construction of the patent operation mode in China and put forward some suggestions.
