天麻钩藤颗粒治疗阿尔茨海默病40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨天麻钩藤颗粒对阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimerdisease,AD)患者认知功能障碍和行为损害的影响。方法:把80例阿尔茨海默病患者按队列组合随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予多奈哌齐片口服,治疗组应用天麻钩藤颗粒和多奈哌齐片治疗,分别在治疗前和治疗后12周应用阿尔茨海默病老年性痴呆评定量表-认知分量表(alzheimer's disease assessment scale,ADAS-cog)、简易智力状况检查法(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)、日常生活能力评分(advanced Distributed Learning,ADL)判定患者各项能力。结果:两组AD患者治疗后ADAS-cog量表评分、MMSE量表评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);ADL量表评分较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤颗粒可以明显改善阿尔茨海默病患者的认知功能和自我生活能力。Objective： To observe the influence of Gastrodia and Uncaria Granules on cognitive impairment and behavioral impairment of patients with Alzheimer＇s disease（ AD）. Methods： Eighty patients with AD were randomly divided into two groups according to the cohort combination： The control group and the treatment group. The ones in the control group were given Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets for oral administration,while the ones in the treatment group were treated with Gastrodia and Uncaria Granules,and Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets together. The two groups＇ Alzheimer＇ s disease assessment scale（ ADAS-cog）,mini-mental state examination（ MMSE）,advanced Distributed Learning（ ADL） before the treatment and after 12 weeks＇ treatment respectively were measured to determine the patient＇s various abilities. Results： After the treatment,the scores of ADAScog scale and MMSE scale in the two groups of AD patients were significantly lower than those before the treatment（ P〈 0. 05）,and there was a significant difference between the groups（ P〈 0. 05）. The score of ADL scale was significantly higher than that before the treatment（ P〈 0. 05）,and there was a statistically significant difference between the groups（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Gastrodia and Uncaria Granulescan significantly improve cognitive function and self living ability of patients with AD.
