摘　　要：目的:探讨血管表皮生长因子(vaseular endotheliac grouth factor,VEGF)基因(-460C/T,+405G/C,-2578A/C)单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide podymorphisms,SNP)与子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMs)遗传易感性的关系。方法:筛选来自上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院行腹腔镜手术的90例患者,选择60例腹腔镜术后病理证实为EMS且符合瘀热证的患者为观察组,其余30例同期行腹腔手术的输卵管炎性疾病患者为对照组。PCR测定VEGF基因-460C/T,+405G/C,-2578A/C多态性,探讨EMS的发病机理。结果:两组患者VEGF基因多态性-460C/T的基因型频率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而+405G/C,-2578A/C基因多态性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:VEGF基因SNP类型-460C/T,+405G/C,-2578A/C不构成妇女子宫内膜异位症易患性关键因素,但作为复杂因素之一,需要结合中医证型分析,作为EMS的临床诊断和疗效评价参考指标。Objective： To explore the relationship between VEGF gene-460 C/T, ＋ 405 G/C and-2578 A/C single nucleotide polymorphisms（ SNP） and genetic susceptibility to endometriosis（ EMS）. Methods： Ninety cases of laparoscopic surgery were selected from Yueyang Combined Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Among of them,60 cases of the patients who were confirmed to be EMs and be conforming to the syndrome of blood stasis by pathology after laparoscopy were chosen into the observation group,30 cases of salpingitis in the same period were selected into the control group. VEGF-460 C/T, ＋ 405 G/C and-2578 A/C polymorphisms were determined by PCR to explore the pathogenesis of EMS. Results： The difference in genotype frequencies of VEGF gene polymorphism-460 C/T in the two groups were statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）,but there was no statistical difference between ＋ 405 G/C and-2578 A/C gene polymorphism between the two groups（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion： The SNP types of VEGF gene including-460 C/T,＋ 405 G/C,and-2578 A/C do not constitute the key factors for the susceptibility to endometriosis in women. However,as one of the complex factors,it is necessary to combine the TCM syndrome type analysis as a reference index for the clinical diagnosis and evaluation of the curative effect of EMS.
