摘　　要：目的:观察胆胃舒膏方联合穴位注射对胆囊切除术后胆汁反流性胃炎(bile reflux gastritis,BRG)患者胃肠激素的影响。方法:选择2016年5月至2017年6月广州市番禺区中医院收治的胆囊切除术后BRG患者90例,随机分为对照组、穴位注射组和中药治疗组,每组30例。对照组给予常规对症治疗,穴位注射组在对照组治疗的基础上给予黄芪注射液穴位注射,中药治疗组在穴位注射组治疗的基础上加用胆胃舒膏方治疗。结果:中药治疗组胃胀评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组有效率83.33%,穴位注射组有效率90%,中药治疗组有效率96.67%,中药治疗组临床疗效优于对照组、穴位注射组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药治疗组血清胃动素水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胆胃舒膏方联合穴位注射治疗胆囊切除术后胆汁反流性胃炎临床疗效良好,能改善患者的症状。Objective： To observe the influence of Dan Wei Shu Paste（ DWSP） in combination with acupoint injection on gastrointestinal hormones in patients with bile reflux gastritis after cholecystectomy. Methods： Ninety patients with bile reflux gastritis（ BRG） after cholecystectomy treated in our hospital from May 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into the control group,the acupoint injection group and the TCM treatment group,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine symptomatic treatment. The ones in the acupoint injection group were given Astragalus Root Injection for acupoint injection on the basis of the control group,and the ones in the TCM treatment group were treated with DWSP on the basis of acupoint injection group. Results： The gastric distention score of the Chinese medicine treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The effective rate of the control group was 83. 33%,that of the acupuncture point injection group was 90%,and that the TCM treatment group was 96. 67%. The clinical effect of the TCM treatment group was better than that of the control group and that of the acupoint injection group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P = 0. 048 0. 05）. The serum motilin level in the TCM treatment group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： DWSP in combination with acupoint injection has a remarkable clinical curative effect on gastrointestinal hormones in patients with bile reflux gastritis after cholecystectomy,can improve the patient＇s symptoms.
