从脾论治阳痿

摘　　要：阳痿的发病虽以肝、肾两脏为中心,但亦与脾密切相关。脾胃后天之本,气血生化之源,阳明为多气多血之腑,阳明谷气旺盛,脾胃健运,升清降浊,则后天充实得以滋养人体各器官。只有脾脏运化功能正常,肾精得以不断培育和充养,才能日渐充盛,发挥其生理作用,故从脾论治阳痿,往往收到较好效果。脾胃虚弱证方选参苓白术散加白蒺藜、淫羊藿、仙茅等;心脾两虚证方选归脾汤加九香虫、淫羊藿、川芎、丹参、蜈蚣等;肝郁脾虚证方选逍遥散加四君子汤;脾肾两虚证阳虚者方选右归丸加参苓白术散;阴虚者方选左归丸加参苓白术散。Although the incidence of impotence is centered on the two organs： the liver and kidney,it is also closely related to the spleen. The spleen and stomach are the acquired foundation,and transformation origin of qi and blood. Yangming fu-organ is the organ with sufficient qi and blood. If yangming＇s nutrients derived from food is vigorous,spleen and stomach are healthy,lucid yang sends up,turbid yin sends down,all organs of human body will be nourished. Only the spleen transporting function is normal,the kidney essence can be continuously nurtured and filled in order to become sufficient and play its physiological role,so treatment from the spleen often achieves a remarkable effect. For spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome,Ginseng and Poria and Atractylodes Macrocephalae Powder combined with Baijili（ Fructus Tribuli）,Yinyanghuo（ Herba Epimedii）,and Xianmao（ Rhizoma Curculiginis）,etc. is often used. For heart-spleen deficiency syndrome,Spleen-Restoring Decoction combined with Jiuxiangchong（ Aspongopus）,Yinyanghuo（ Herba Epimedii）,Chuanxiong（ Rhizoma Chuanxiong）,Danshen（ Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae） and Wugong（ Scolopendra）,etc. is often used. For liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,Free Wanderer Powder combined with Four Gentlemen Decoction is often used. For yang deficiency of spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome,Right-Restoring Pill combined with Ginseng and Poria and Atractylodes Macrocephalae Powder is often used. For yin deficiency of spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome,Left-Restoring Pill combined with Ginseng and Poria and Atractylodes Macrocephalae Powder is often used.
