生精胶囊联合前列通瘀胶囊治疗精索静脉曲张合并少弱精症25例

摘　　要：目的:观察生精胶囊联合前列通瘀胶囊治疗精索静脉曲张合并少弱精症的临床疗效。方法:将50例精索静脉曲张合并少弱精症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各25例。对照组口服前列通瘀胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合生精胶囊。比较两组患者的临床疗效,检测两组患者治疗前后精子密度及活力等指标。结果:对照组有效率为71.43%,治疗组有效率为90.91%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后精子密度和精子活力高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生精胶囊联合前列通瘀胶囊治疗精索静脉曲张合并少弱精症疗效确切,可显著改善患者精液质量。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Sheng Jing Capsule（ SJC） in combination with Qianlie Tongyu Capsule（ QLTYC） on varicocele combined with oligospermia and asthenospermia. Methods： Fifty patients with varicocele combined with oligospermia and asthenospermia were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 25 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with QLTYC,while the ones in the treatment group were additionally treated with SJC on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared,and the sperm density and vitality of the two groups before and after the treatment were detected. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 71.43%,and that of the treatment group was 90. 91%. The difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. The sperm density and sperm motility of the two groups were higher than those of the control group after treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）.Conclusion： SJC in combination with QLTYC has a remarkable clinical curative effect on varicocele combined with oligospermia and asthenospermia.
