摘  要:采用溶液共混的方法,利用湿法纺丝工艺,制备了石墨烯改性智能调温纤维,通过对石墨烯、微胶囊乳液以及智能调温纤维的表征,分析了纤维的表面微观形貌、热焓值、抗菌抑菌、远红外温升等性能。结果表明:石墨烯改性智能调温纤维与普通粘胶纤维相比较,具有智能调温的功能,并且在抗菌抑菌、远红外温升等方面具有优良的功能性。Using the method of solution blending and using the wet spinning process,the modified intelligent temperature tempering fiber was prepared. Through characterization of graphene,microcapsule emulsion and intelligent thermoregulation fiber,the surface morphology,enthalpy,antibacterial and antibacterial properties,far-infrared temperature and other properties of the fiber were analyzed. The results showed that the intelligent thermoregulation fiber modified by graphene has the function of intelligent temperature regulation compared with ordinary viscose fiber,and has excellent function in antibacterial,antibacterial and far-infrared temperature rise.
