摘　　要：详细分析介绍了玻纤直接整经的工艺要求和新型玻纤直接整经机的结构配置、性能特点,讨论了玻纤直接整经机整经张力影响因素和若干技术问题。新型玻纤直接整经机将机、电、气和计算机智能控制一体化,安全、高效、应用广泛。This paper presents the technological requirements of the fiberglass direct warping and the structure configuration and the properties of the new-type direct warping machine for fiberglass and discusses the influencing factors for warping tension and some technical issues related with this direct warping machine. The new-type direct warping machine integrates eguipment, electricity, gas and computer intelligent control, which would be safe and efficient and have a wide applicability for fiberglass.
