摘 要:分析了影响特种纸浆料流动的多因子参数,这些参数主要包括粘度、射流扩散装置结构、不同进口流量等,通过FLUENT软件对布浆器内浆料流动特性进行数值模拟,得到布浆器出口支管流量的分布。结果表明:对于低浓度(小于1.5‰)小流量下的浆料,粘度的变化引起浆料出口支管的波动不超过0.84%;较阶梯过渡结构的射流扩散装置,选用圆锥过渡结构的射流扩散装置可降低出口支管20%以上的流量波动,有效提高布浆器的布浆均匀性;对比不同流量下各支管出口流量,获得较优布浆效果的进口流量,确定生产工艺参数。The multifactor parameters which influenced the simulation of pulp flow were analyzed, including viscosity, jetdiffusion structure, and different inlet flowrate. The pulp flow characteristic of pulp distributor was simulated with Fluent software, which would obtain the flowrate distribution of manifold pipes. The result showed that for low concentration(less than 1.5 ‰) and small flowrate pulp, the flow fluctuations of outlet manifold pipes which were caused by the variations in viscosity, were no more than 0.84%. Compared to the jet-diffusion structure with a bench transition, the jet-diffusion structure with a conical transition could reduce the flow fluctuation above 20% for the outlet pipes, and effectively improved the pulp uniformity. Through comparing outlet flow of manifold pipes with different inlet flow rates, the inlet flow parameter with better pulp distribution was obtained, and the production process parameters were determined.
