摘 要:铝合金化铣废水是一种高碱性、高浓度有机废水,如不经过无害化处理而排入水体会造成严重的环境污染。本研究采用电芬顿法,以Ti/RuO_2-IrO_2电极作为阳极,以活性炭纤维毡作为阴极,在pH为3、电压为40 V、极板间距为5 cm、Fe^(2+)投加量为0.5 mmol/L、Na_2SO_4投加量为7.5 g/L、曝气量为125 L/h、反应时间为120 min时,铝合金化铣废水COD的去除率能达到55.05%。对该过程进行动力学分析,建立了动力学模型,该过程符合一级动力学模型,拟合方程为:Ct=C0exp(-1.2879C0^(-0.8253)t)。Aluminum alloy milling wastewater is a kind of organic waste water with high alkaline and high concentration. If it is discharged into the water without the harmless treatment, it can cause serious environmental pollution. In this paper, using the Ti/RuO2-IrO2 as anode and the activated carbon fiber as cathode, the electrode-Fenton method was used treat the aluminum alloy milling wastewater under the conditions of p H 3, voltage 40 V, Fe^(2+) concentration 0.5 mmol/L, plate spacing 5 cm, Na2SO4 concentration 7.5 g/L, aeration intensity 125 L/h, time 120 min, the average removal rate of COD reached 55.05%. Then a dynamic model was established, and it's pointed out that the process could be described with the first order dynamic model. The fitting equation was Ct=C0exp(-1.2879 C0^(-0.8253)t).
