催化加氢合成间苯二胺过程中新型KT-02镍基催化剂的性能研究

摘  要:将同一批新型KT-02负载型镍基催化剂重复多次用于不同批次间二硝基苯的催化加氢,在固定的反应温度、加氢压力和反应时间下合成间苯二胺,考察催化剂的最大套用次数。结果表明,以乙醇为溶剂,在140℃、3.0 MPa氢压下反应2.5 h,在保证产品收率为90%以上时,KT-02催化剂可重复套用7次。最后通过SEM分析不同批次使用后催化剂的微观形貌,获得催化剂性能变化的相关信息。Same batch of KT-02 Ni-based catalyst was used time after time in catalytic hydrogenation of different batches of m-dinitrobenzene to produce MPDA. The experiments were carried out in fixed reaction time at constant reaction temperature and hydrogen pressure, and the yields of MPDA were tested by HPLC, so that the maximum frequency of use of KT-02 catalyst could be found. The results showed that: under the condition of 140 ℃ reaction temperature, 3.0 MPa hydrogen pressure, 2.5 h reaction time and ethanol as solvent, KT-02 catalyst could be cycled as much as 7 times, making sure the yield of MPDA maintaining above 90%. Finally, SEM was used to observe the microtopography of KT-02 catalyst of different batches, getting the information of catalytic performance change.
