摘 要:以叔戊醇和双氧水在浓硫酸为催化剂的条件下合成二叔戊基过氧化物,研究了温度、反应时间、原料配比、硫酸用量对实验产率的影响,当反应温度25℃,反应时间2 h,双氧水与叔戊醇物质的量比为0.5∶1,浓硫酸与叔戊醇摩物质的量比为1.4∶1时,二叔戊基过氧化物的最佳收率为96%。Di-tert-amyl peroxide was synthesized from tert amyl alcohol and hydrogen peroxide with concentrated sulfuric acid as the catalyst. The effect of reaction temperature, reaction time, raw material ratio and amount of sulfuric acid on the experimental yield was investigated. The results showed that, when the reaction temperature was 25 ℃, the reaction time was 2 h, the ratio of hydrogen peroxide to tert amyl alcohol was 0.5:1, and the ratio of concentrated sulfuric acid to tert amyl alcohol was 1.4:1, the optimum yield of tert-amyl peroxide was 96%.
