复方葛根片对衰老模型大鼠肝脏超微结构与功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究复方葛根片对衰老模型大鼠肝脏超微结构与功能的影响。方法大鼠40只,随机分为正常组、模型组、复方葛根片低、中、高剂量(0.2、0.4、0.8g·kg^(-1))组,每组8只。按相关试剂盒操作分别检测血清肝酶指标:血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、血清天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、总胆汁酸(TBA)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)。电镜下观察各组大鼠肝脏细胞超微结构。结果复方葛根片能使血清中AST、TBA以及ADA水平明显降低,细胞内肿胀线粒体、脂滴减少。结论复方葛根片对D-半乳糖致衰老模型大鼠肝脏结构与功能具有一定保护作用。Objective To study the effects of compound puerariae tablets on liver function and ultrastructure of aging model rats.Methods Forty rats were randomly divided into the normal group,model group,compound puerariae tablet-low,medium and high dose（0.2,0.4 and 0.8 g·kg-1）groups,with 8 rats in each.Serum levels of alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,aspartate aminotransferase（AST）,γ-glutamyl transpeptiase（GGT）,total bile acid（TBA）and adenosine deaminase（ADA）were measured using detection kits according to the manufacturer′s instructions.The ultrastructure of liver cells was observed under an electron microscope.Results Compound puerariae tablets could obviously reduce the serum levels of AST,TBA and ADA.They could also alleviate mitochondrial swelling,and decrease the number of lipid droplets in liver cells.Conclusion Compound puerariae tablets can obviously improve the liver function,reduce the damage to liver cells and protect the liver.
