摘　　要：目的分析替比夫定引起的严重不良反应,为临床合理应用提供参考。方法检索中国知网、万方和维普全文数据库,就替比夫定引起的严重不良反应进行收集、统计和分析。结果共收集替比夫定不良反应1 012例,其中严重不良反应42例,对涉及患者的一般情况、联合用药、临床表现、实验室检查、处置和转归等资料进行分析,男性41例,5例死亡,均为横纹肌溶解导致。结论临床使用替比夫定应加强监测,避免出现高死亡率的严重不良反应。OBJECTIVE To analyze the serious adverse reactions caused by telbivudine to provide a reference for clinical use of telbivudine. METHODS Search the database include CNKI, Wan Fang and VIP information, collect the serious adverse reactions caused by telbivudine, analyze the statistics. RESULTS Collected 1 012 cases of adverse reactions of telbivudine, 42 cases of them were serious. The general information, combined medication, clinical symptoms, laboratory tests results, treatments, and prognosis in patients were analyzed. There were 41 male cases, in which 5 cases of death caused by rhabdomyolysis. CONCLUSION It should be strengthened the monitoring of the clinical use of telbivudine, avoid serious adverse reactions which is high mortality.
