摘　　要：对比GB/T 18655-2018与GB/T 18655-2010的主要技术差异;分析新标准中增加的电动和混合动力车辆充电模式、屏蔽的高压电源系统试验方法,ALSE的性能确认;根据国内车载接收机的载波频率,说明对业务/频率范围的调整原因;并以新标准中一例试验布置图为例,指出GB/T 18655-2018与CISPR25:2016的不同和标准的修订内容。This paper compares the main technical differences between GB/T 18655-2018 and GB/T 18655-2010, analyzes the charging modes of electric and hybrid electric vehicles, the test methods for shielded power system for high-voltage and ALSE performance validation added in the new standard. According to the carrier frequency of the domestic vehicle receiver, explain reasons for adjustment of the service/frequency range, the test setup example points out the difference and innovation between the revised GB/T 18655-2018 and CISPR 25： 2016.
