摘　　要：目的:收集我院报告的药品不良反应/事件(ADR/ADE),分析其特点及原因并提出预防对策,促进临床合理用药。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,对我院2017年1-12月期间上报的102例ADR/ADE报告进行分析。结果:102例ADR/ADE中,女性略多于男性(58/44),年龄主要集中在>60岁(占31.37%);其中新的严重的ADR/ADE有6例(占5.88%);引起ADR/ADE的主要是静脉滴注给药(占50.00%);共涉及8类药,62个品种,其中抗感染类药最多(占35.29%)。ADR/ADE主要累及消化系统(占33.60%)、皮肤及其附件(占21.60%);不合理用药40例(占39.22%)。结论:引起ADR/ADE发生的因素,与不合理用药有关,同时与患者本身、药物本身以及药物使用不当等因素有关,临床加强ADR/ADE的监测以及合理用药是降低不良反应发生的关键,确保临床用药安全有效。Objective： Cases of ADR/ADE reports of our hospital were collected,to analyze the characteristics,causes of the cases and the preventive measures of the adverse drug reaction/event（ADR/ADE）,and in order to provide scientific basis for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods： 102 cases of ADR/ADE collected by our hospital were analyzed statistically and retrospectively. Results： Among102 cases of ADR/ADE reports,there were more females than males（58/44）,the number of patients aged 60 years old took the lead（31. 37%）. There were 6 new and serious ADR/ADE cases（5. 88%）. The most common ADR/ADE were induced by intravenous infusion（50. 00%）. A total of 8 kinds of drugs were involved,including 62 categories,among which anti-infective drugs dominated the first place（35. 29%）. ADR/ADE mainly involved digestive system damage（33. 60%）,skin and its accessories damage（21. 60%）. The were 40 cases of irrational use of medication（39. 22%）. Conclusion： The factors which lead to the ADR/ADE include irrational use of medication,patients,drugs and inappropriate usage. We should enhance the monitoring of ADR/ADE,promote the rational drug use in clinic,so as to improve the security and effectiveness of clinical medication.
