摘 要:目的对工作场所空气中三氧化硫和硫酸的氯化钡比浊法进行改进和评价。方法基于氯化钡比浊法,采用0.1%聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(Triton X-100)溶液作稳定剂,改变硫酸钡悬浮体系的稳定性,分别进行标准曲线线性、测定准确度和精密度试验,筛选出最合适的稳定剂。结果该方法标准曲线相关系数可达0.999 7,检出限为1μg/ml,加标回收率为94.9%~99.8%,批内精密度为1.6%。结论改进后的方法具有简便快速、高效、准确等优点,线性、检出限、准确度、精密度等性能指标均满足标准研制指南的要求,适用于工作场所空气中三氧化硫和硫酸的测定。Objective To improve and evaluate the barium chloride turbidimetric method for the detection of sulfur trioxide and sulfuric acid in workplace air. Methods Based on barium chloride turbidimetry,0. 1% Triton X-100 solution was used as stabilizer,the stability of barium sulfate suspension system was changed. The tests for standard curve linearity,determination accuracy and precision were conducted respectively. Finally the most suitable stabilizer was filtered out. Results The standard curve correlation coefficient of this method can reach 0. 999 7,the detection limit was 1 μg/ml. The spike recovery was within94. 9%-99. 8%,and the intra-batch precision was 1. 6%. Conclusion The improved method is simple,rapid,efficient and accurate. The performance indexes such as linearity,detection limit,accuracy,precision can meet the requirements of standard development guide. It is suitable for the determination of sulfur trioxide and sulfuric acid in workplace air.
