摘　　要：主传动电机作为热连轧生产线上的主要传动设备,是轧机运行的主要动力来源。如何保证热连轧主传动电机的安装精度和安装质量对热连轧生产线意义重大。以某1780 mm热连轧粗轧机的主传动电机安装施工为例,详细介绍利用现场行车安装大型交流同步电动机的方法。As a main drive device of hot rolling mills, the main drive motor drives rolling mills to run. How to ensure the installation precision and workmanship of main drive motors is of great significance to hot rolling mills. The paper takes the installation of the main drive motors of a 1780 mm hot rough rolling mill for example to detail how to use the shop crane to install large AC synchronous motors.
