徐景藩运用和、疏、补、消四法治疗胃心同病经验

摘　　要：介绍徐景藩教授治疗胃心同病的经验。胃心同病,有虚有实,证分胃心气痛、胃心虚痛、胃心饮痛及胃心瘀痛四型。胃心气痛者,常与情志相关;胃心虚痛者,有气虚、阴虚和阳虚之别;胃心饮痛者,多有湿邪作祟;胃心瘀痛者,常由久病入络、经血不行而发。生理上,胃、心二者在经脉络属、气血运化等方面密切关系;病理上二者又能生痰致瘀。治疗上以和法贯穿始终,疏、补、消三法分证治之。This paper introduced the experience of Professor XU Jingfan in treating disease with heart and stomach. Disease with stomach and heart has both deficiency and excess syndromes,which can be divided into 4 syndromes： qi related pain of stomach and heart syndrome,deficiency related pain of stomach and heart syndrome,fluid related pain of stomach and heart syndrome,and stasis related pain of stomach and heart syndrome. Qi related pain of stomach and heart syndrome concerns about emotional activities. Deficiency related pain of stomach and heart syndrome include qi-deficiency,yin-deficiency and yang-deficiency. Fluid related pain of stomach and heart syndrome is often caused by dampness pathogen. Stasis related pain of stomach and heart syndrome attribute to persistent illness entering into collaterals or unsmooth flow of blood. Stomach and heart are physiologically interrelated on channels and transportation of qi and blood. In pathological,they can produce phlegm and cause stasis. Harmonizing method is used throughout the treatment. Methods of soothing,tonifying and resolving can be used for different syndromes.
