摘　　要：目前小儿推拿临床研究中存在研究目的不明确、缺乏对现代科学研究方法的合理选择和运用的问题,使其在国内及国际范围的发展及推广受到一定程度的制约。评价小儿推拿治疗的特异性和整体性效应是小儿推拿临床研究面临的两大主要问题。基于小儿推拿的自身特点及其临床研究的特殊性,结合其临床研究可能的难点,从试验设计类型、盲法、对照组及疗效评价指标的选择等方面进行探讨和分析,为小儿推拿临床研究提供方法学思路。Because of vague study objectives and lack of reasonable selection and application of modern scientific research methods,the development and promotion of pediatric tuina has been restricted to a certain extent. The evaluations of specific efficacy and overall effectiveness on pediatric tuina are 2 major issues in the related clinical studies.On the basis of the characteristics of pediatric tuina and the specialties of its clinical studies,this paper discussed and analyzed the possible difficulties which might be encountered in pediatric tuina＇ s clinical researches,including research design type,blinding,control group and outcome measurements selection for the evaluation of therapeutic effect. This paper aimed to provide methodological discussion and suggestions for clinical research,which may promote the overall level of clinical studies in the area of pediatric tuina.
