新时代滨海新区探索自由贸易港建设的相关研究

摘　　要：自十九大报告提出"探索建设自由贸易港(简称‘自贸港’)"后,各地纷纷启动了相关前期研究工作,希望在新一轮全面开放过程中抢占先机。天津市委市政府、滨海新区区委三届五次全体(扩大)会议暨全区经济工作会议都明确提出建设自由贸易港。对天津市滨海新区而言,建设自由贸易港,是融入、落实、服务好"一带一路"和"京津冀协同发展"两大国家战略的重要载体,也是形成全面开放新格局和实现滨海新区"361"战略的需要。Since the report of the 19th National Congress of the People＇s Republic of China put forward the idea of ＂exploring the construction of free trade ports＂ （referred to as ＂free trade ports＂）, many areas have launched relevant preliminary research work, hoping to seize the opportunity in the process of a new round of comprehensive opening up. The municipal government and the five plenary （enlarged） meetings of the three sessions of the municipal and district committees of Tianjin, as well as the regional economic work conference, have clearly proposed the construction of a free trade port. For the Binhai new area, the construction of a free trade port is an important carrier for integrating, implementing and serving the two major national strategies of the ＂Belt and Road＂ initiative and ＂coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei＂. It is also the need to form a new pattern of comprehensive opening up and realize the ＂361＂ strategy of the new area.
