摘　　要：文章基于中国核电企业走出去的实际案例,对中国核电企业对外直接投资活动微观层面的商业环境风险进行分析和评估,在此基础上构建了基于东道国电力市场变化的风险模型和与国内外核电企业合作的不稳定性风险模型,为企业对外直接投资活动中管理商业环境的风险提供更精确的信息。This paper mainly analyzes and evaluates the commercial environment risk of Chinese nuclear power enterprises＇ outward direct investment activities at the micro level, and on this basis, constructs the electricity market based on the host country. The changing risk model and the unstable risk model of cooperation with domestic and foreign nuclear power enterprises provide more accurate information for the risk of managing the business environment in foreign direct investment activities.
