摘　　要：华夫楼板可为洁净室提供无尘结构基层,保证通畅的排风除尘通道,并满足厂房其他抗微振的要求。文章根据12英寸先进生产线建设项目工程实例,改良了华夫板内支撑模板体系,通过合理安排钢筋安装方式,交叉搭接华夫板的施工顺序,并详细阐述了施工工艺及操作要点,满足了电子厂房的洁净度要求。Waffle slab can provide clean room with dust-free structure base, ensure unobstructed ventilation and dust removal channel, and meet the requirements of other micro-vibration resistance of workshop. Based on the construction project of 12 inch advanced production line, the paper improves the internal support formwork system of wafer board, through reasonable arrangement of steel bar installation mode, the construction sequence of cross lap joint with wafer board, and expounds in detail the construction technology and operation key points. Meet the requirements of the cleanliness of the electronic workshop.
