对过敏性紫癜患儿实施中医循证护理的效果探析

摘　　要：目的:探究对过敏性紫癜患儿实施中医循证护理的效果。方法:将四川省自贡市富顺县中医医院收治的86例过敏性紫癜患儿分为中医组和对照组,每组各43例患儿。对对照组患儿实施常规护理,对中医组患儿实施中医循证护理。然后对比两组患儿对护理的依从率、生活质量的评分、临床症状消失的时间和住院的时间。结果:中医组患儿对护理的依从率及接受护理后其各项生活质量的评分均高于对照组患儿,其临床症状消失的时间和住院的时间均短于对照组患儿,P<0.05。结论:对过敏性紫癜患儿实施中医循证护理的效果较为理想。Objective： To explore the effect of TCM evidence-based nursing in children with allergic purpura. Methods： eighty-six children with allergic purpura who were admitted to fushun county hospital of zigong city, sichuan province were divided into two groups： the traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group. Routine nursing was performed for the control group and evidence-based nursing for the TCM group. Then, the compliance rate, quality of life score, time of clinical symptom disappearance and time of hospitalization were compared between the two groups. Results： the compliance rate of children in the TCM group and their scores of various quality of life after receiving nursing were higher than those of the control group, and the time of clinical symptoms disappearing and hospitalization was shorter than that of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： the effect of TCM evidence-based nursing in children with allergic purpura is ideal.
