摘　　要：目的:探讨用微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定术对老年胫腓骨骨折患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2015年6月至2017年6月期间在崇州市人民医院骨科接受手术治疗的81例老年胫腓骨骨折患者作为研究对象。将这81例患者分为对照组和观察组。为对照组患者使用交锁髓内钉内固定术进行治疗,为观察组患者使用微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定术进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者术中的出血量、手术的时间、住院的时间及治疗的优良率。结果:治疗后,与对照患者相比,观察组患者术中的出血量更少,其手术的时间及住院的时间均更短,其治疗的优良率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与采用交锁髓内钉内固定术相比,采用微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定术对老年胫腓骨骨折患者进行治疗的临床效果更显著,对其造成的创伤性较小,且有利于其术后恢复。Objective： To probe into the clinical effects of minimally invasive percutaneous locking and compression plate internal fixation in treatment on elderly patients with tibia and fibula fracture. Methods： 81 cases of elderly patients with tibia and fibula fracture and who received the surgical treatment in Chongzhou people＇s Hospital of Department of orthopedics from June,2015 and June,2017 were selected as the research objects.And 81 cases of patients were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were treated with internal fixation of interlocking intramedullary nail,while the observation group were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous locking and compression plate internal fixation.Then,the bleeding volume, the operation time, the hospitalization time and the excellent and good rate of treatment of two groups of patients were compared.Results： After treatment, compared with the control group, the bleeding amount of the patients in the observation group was less, the operation time and the hospitalization time were shorter, the good rate of the treatment was higher, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with the internal fixation of interlocking intramedullary nail,the clinical effects of minimally invasive percutaneous locking and compression plate internal fixation in treatment of elderly patients with tibia and fibula fracture are more significant,which it is less traumatic,and it is beneficial to the postoperative recovery.
