摘　　要：目的:观察小针刀配合关节松动术治疗胫骨平台骨折术后关节运动障碍的疗效。方法:50例胫骨平台骨折术后关节运动障碍患者均采用小针刀局部松解后,结合关节松动术治疗,观察其临床疗效。结果:治疗1~2个疗程后,患者疼痛、肿胀显著减轻,关节活动度普遍提高,行走能力得到最大程度改善,AKSS评分从114.94分提高到171.64分,生活质量大大提高。结论:小针刀配合关节松动术治疗胫骨平台骨折术后关节运动障碍疗效显著。Objective： To observe the efficacy of acupotomology therapy combined with joint mobilization for articular dyskinesia after surgical treatment of tibial plateau fracture. Methods： 50 cases of patients with articular dyskinesia after surgical treatment were treated with acupotomology therapy for local release then combined with joint mobilization, and observed the efficacy. Results： After 1-2 to courses of treatment, patients＇ pain and swelling had significantly reduced, ROM and walking activity had improved, the AKSS score had increased from 114.94 to 171.64, which reflected that patients＇ quality of life had greatly improved. Conclusion： Acupotomology therapy combined with joint mobilization has a significant curative effect on articular dyskinesia after surgical treatment of tibial plateau fracture.
