摘  要:为降低厂用电率、提高机组的节能效益,本文针对神华宁夏国华宁东发电有限公司330 MW机组锅炉风系统的一次风机和二次风机运行状况及存在问题进行了分析,提出了相应的变频改造方案,并对设备能耗与变频改造方案的节能潜力进行了分析。通过对两个机组的年预计节约电量计算,表明该改造方案具有较大节能潜力,对同类机组的改造有一定借鉴意义。In order to reduce the power consumption rate of the plant and improve the energy efficiency of the unit,this paper analyzes the operation status and existing problems of the primary and secondary fans of the 330 MW unit boiler air system of shenhua ningxia guohua ningdong power generation Co.,Ltd. The frequency conversion transformation plan is analyzed,and the energy saving potential of equipment energy consumption and frequency conversion transformation scheme is analyzed. Through the calculation of the estimated annual energy savings of the two units,it shows that the transformation plan has greater energy saving potential and has certain reference significance for the transformation of similar units.
