摘 要:利用相变材料在相变过程中吸收或释放大量热量而保持温度不变的特性,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了聚乙二醇(PEG)/SiO_2相变颗粒,并分别以不同比例的PEG/SiO_2相变颗粒等体积代替矿粉,对沥青胶浆做针入度、软化点、动态剪切流变等实验,研究相变颗粒代替矿粉后对沥青胶浆常温及高温流变性能的影响。结果表明,以一定比例的相变材料替代矿粉可有效地改善沥青胶浆的高温性能,但对常温性能改善效果不明显。Utilizing the characteristic of PCM which can absorb or release amounts of heat and kep temperature constant during phase transition,PEG/SiO2 was prepared by sol-gel method.Tests were carried out on asphalt mortar with different proportions of PEG/SiO2 replacing the mineral powder normally used.The analysis examined the penetration,the softening point and dynamic shear rheology to probe the effect of temperature on asphalt mortar,and high temperature rheological properties of phase particles after replacing mineral powder.Test results indicated that replacing mineral powder with PCM in certain proportions can effectively improve the high-temperature performance of asphalt mortar,but was not obvious in improving the normal temperature performance.
